How does your childhood shape You?

Your Inner Child, usually around age 4-6, shapes your reality based on past experiences. They recreate what feels "normal" from childhood, which is why patterns repeat, even if they no longer serve you. ​ If your early life was chaotic, you may unconsciously maintain that pace, even while craving peace. Likewise, your Inner Child may recreate familiar relationship dynamics—sometimes mirroring parents or caregivers, even when unhealthy. ​ Until you heal and reparent your Inner Child, they will continue seeking safety in the familiar, even if it holds you back. True transformation begins when you become the loving, supportive parent they always needed. ​

Is your Inner Child running the show?

Your Inner Child constantly recreates the version of "mum and dad" or the caregivers they knew, which is why you may feel like you married one of your parents. If a parent was abusive or struggled with addiction, you may continue attracting similar dynamics until your Inner Child heals. ​ Little you longs for safety and comfort but remains stuck in the past. True change begins when you understand their beliefs and patterns. Inner child work isn’t a quick fix, but it opens doors to a reality you never thought possible—once you become the loving parent they always needed.

Kel's approach to Inner Child Work 

In our first session, I’ll need to know a little about your childhood and what you hope to gain from our work together. ​ I offer both single sessions and tailored packages, allowing us to move at your pace. Rather than revisiting past memories, we’ll explore the stories your Inner Child believes and where they originated, so you can reparent them and introduce new, supportive beliefs. ​ Having been in your shoes, I bring a unique approach—when you're ready, you'll meet "little you," the version of yourself within. You'll discover their name, age, favourite things, and even what they’re wearing. I’ll guide you in building a deep connection with them and becoming the loving inner parent they’ve always needed. ​ Together, we’ll create a personalized action plan, ensuring you know what to do and how to stay connected with your Inner Child in their own way. My goal is to equip you with the tools to continue this work independently, with the option to book a session whenever needed. ​ For ongoing support, I also offer a monthly add-on, providing access to me via voice notes or text when you need guidance. ​ If you'd like to chat before committing, send me a message to arrange a free call. ​ ​ ​

Does it have to be weekly?

No, when I was healing my Inner Child, weekly sessions felt overwhelming, and I often skipped or even quit my healing work. Many of my clients have shared similar feelings, which is why I created a more adaptable option. You can purchase 3 or 6 sessions and use them as needed, at your own pace. I offer a flexible approach to working together, with multiple session packages and voice support in between—providing the kind of support I once needed but never had. ​ For additional support, I offer voice messaging. This allows you to send me a voice note whenever something comes up, and I’ll reply with guidance via text or voice message. ​ Explore the packages and choose what works best for you.
